Here's some information about the author of this blog in her own words:
"Fully qualified journalist whose first job was working as an agency feature writer for national magazines and papers such as Bella, Take a Break and the Express. I then worked as an editor for a political online newspaper The Palestine Telegraph. Now I am broadening my horizons as a freelance journalist writing on a variety of topics.
I studied at Bournemouth University Media School, named the best in Europe by the National Council for Training Journalists (NCTJ). I graduated with a 2:1 BA Honours degree in Multimedia Journalism and NCTJ qualifications in public affairs, media law and a distinction in shorthand at 100 wpm. In addition, I am a member of the National Union of Journalists (NUJ).
I am passionate about good stories that are in the public interest, I have a unique style and do my utmost to ensure my work is accurate, objective, informative and entertaining.
My interests include domestic and international affairs, sociology, psychology, music, the arts, culture and engaging in debate about any of these subjects."
